how to choose god choes jogging shoes?

jogging is a kind of mild exercise which most people can do it. it no need to many equipment to support people to do jogging. though, there is a very important equipment which running the important role in this exercise. it is shoes which have the very important role, a good jogging shoes must be able to keep the user from the uncomfortable condition or other bad things like injure and so on. a good jogging shoes also can be used to do any other mild exercises. now how to choose good jogging shoes? here are some ways to choose.
  1. A running shoe should have good pads inside to make our feet fell comfortable. usually the pads are made by foam or sponges. therefore you should choose the the one which use the smooth foam but 
  2. not the rough one, it also shouldn't always be tick but comfortable enough when it used.
  3. chose shoe with the good air circulation because it is going to used for do exercise so your feet will produces a lot of sweat, so the good air circulation system will help you to keep the temperature of your feet stable so you can keep calm and undisturbed by such a hot moisture condition.
  4. make sure that you chose the perfectly fit size to your feet, not be too loose and also not be too small to your feet.
  5. you should pay attention with the soles, make sure that you choose the tick and very flexible and also the soles must have rough surfaces to work as the anti slip. 
  6. you should buy your jogging shoes at the sportswear store because the shop keepers or the owner usually have good knowledge about the sportswear as well as jogging shoes, so you can ask them and or consult with them if are confused by many choices and hard to make a good decision to chose the best one.
